The City of Refuge, Corp's mission is to make mental health services and vocational support accessible to all individuals facing homelessness, poverty, and re-entry to community living.

b. Vision: To be a safe place for mobile mental health delivery and care coordination support.
Goals
· To establish a monthly route for the mobile unit to travel through the District of Columbia wards.
· To train team participants to provide ongoing services using the ACT team philosophy while also instituting a brief intervention model that maximizes one-session encounters.
· To partner with law enforcement, corrections, and community providers to coordinate ongoing service delivery and other community supports.
· To encourage mental wellness routines that reduce mental health crisis events.
· To create relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to provide trauma services during crisis events.
