Veronica Brown is the Director and lead therapist for the practice, specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in California,MD.
For more than 30 years, Veronica has provided professional value-focused care in human services. She possesses extensive programming and operations knowledge regarding health services delivery, particularly with high risk populations, as a board Certified Licensed Counselor in Maryland and Florida.
Veronica has worked with the Maryland state government to create legislation as an Governor Appointed Committee Member and Governor Appointed Sub-committee member. These appointments enabled her to work with professionals and officials from education, the court system, country representatives and senators. We addressed cultural sensitivity in service provision and neighborhood relations between providers and community residents.
Veronica considers herself a passionate and committed professional who is dedicated to the continuing enhancement of quality services to individuals. She prides herself on being innovative and inclusive with individuals and systems. She holds a MS in Psychology, MDiv and is enrolled in a PhD program for International Psychology, with an emphasis on trauma studies.
